New York City, NY - EEC Solutions CEO/President Alex Morales-Hernandez and New Direction Academy Owner Dr. Tim James were the guests of honors for the launch of the new Alef Education System in the United States.

Alef Education, a UAE-based education technology company, has announced the launch of its innovative Alef Education System in the United States. The system will be used at Harlem Children’s Zone, HCZ, schools in New York City, starting on 15th October, 2018. Mr. Morales-Hernandez and Mr. James are excited by this product and are working to bring the product to Florida.

Alef Education System brings together a blend of the latest technology and pedagogical approaches geared towards learners of today.

Commenting on the new partnership, Geoffrey Alphonso, CEO of Alef Education said, "As a leading education technology company, we want to play a significant role in the creation of the next generation of innovative individuals around the world and continue to provide the latest innovations in Artificial Intelligence-based and technology-driven education solutions within a holistic education system."

In turn, Geoffrey Canada, President of the Harlem Children’s Zone schools in New York and Chairman of NexGen Education, said, "We are pleased to welcome Alef Education’s innovative education system into our schools in New York as of October 2018.

A key component of the system is the ‘Alef Platform’, which has three main pillars: an easy-to-use digital learning environment; a high-quality digital content developed to engage learning with a blend of videos, interactivities and games; and real time data provided within each lesson to enable educators to support learning and identify student strengths and weaknesses.

Mr. Lincoln, a proud Army veteran, will serve as the main Sales and Marketing Agent for EEC Solutions and will be in charge of coordinating sales across all the departments within the company.

EEC Solutions Receives Veteran Institute For Procurement START Certification

HAINES CITY, FL - EEC Solutions recently completed the Veteran Institute Procurement (VIP) START Program, a comprehensive training and certification program designed for veteran owned businesses that want to enter or expand their business growth into the federal marketplace through best business practices.

On October 11, 2018, EEC Solutions was one of 100 businesses to graduate from the Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) START Program.

The first program of its kind in the nation, VIP START is conducted by professional subject-matter specialists in the essentials necessary to win government contracts: law, accounting, insurance, human resources, marketing and proposals. The curriculum is designed to help companies accelerate the rate at becoming procurement ready. The program also provides participants with access to Federal and prime contracting executives along with a national network of veteran-owned small businesses that they can team with on opportunities or serve as mentors.

 "We are honored to give back to the men and women who served our country by providing them with the tools necessary to succeed as government contractors." said Barbara Ashe, President of the Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation. “We hope this training fosters their success as businesses and employers.”

VIP START is a three-day, 27-hour comprehensive certification program. Participants must be a C-level executive in a Veteran-owned small business operating for at least 1 year with one year of revenue generation; must be a W-2 in their company, or full time employee, and spend 100% of their time in their business; and a small business. With volunteer instructors and at no cost to participants, VIP START is fully funded by the Montgomery County Chamber Community Foundation, partners, and VIP sponsors.
